Parking
There are several self-parking lots within walking distance of the hotel. Overnight parking is available for $48. The daily rate for valet parking is $30 for up to 8 hours.

Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations are accepted online until 5:00 pm (EDT), October 15 for in-person and October 17 for virtual. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if cancelled by September 30, 2025. After September 30, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
